Open Classes are necessary to deepen your practice and improve your strength and flexibility . These classes are 75 minutes and includes mixed levels with many Yoga styles such as Hatha, Sivananda, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative Yoga.
Yoga Essentials 2: 6 sessions
This yoga course is meant for those who have limited yoga experience. New students will benefit from the specific alignment instructions. Intermediate and advanced practitioners will enjoy the subtle actions in the body on a deeper level.
Yoga Essentials 1: 6 sessions
This course is intended for those new to Yoga practice, for those who wish to refresh their practice, and for Yoga practitioners who want to have an introduction to the classical system of yoga.
