Hatha Yoga – Sivananda Yoga Style

This course is intended for those new to Yoga practice, for those who wish to refresh their practice, and for Yoga practitioners who want to have an introduction to the classical system of yoga.

What You’ll Learn: 

  • Learn about the 5 points of yoga including proper exercise, breathing techniques, relaxation methods, suitable diets, thinking and meditation
  • Learn essential yoga posture routines for tuning up your body daily, building strength, balance, focus, and physical intelligence
  • Discover how to benefit from better breathing techniques, de-stressing methods, stretches, and relaxation. 
  • Experience-guided practice
  • Gain exposure to yoga theory and philosophy
  • Discover how meditation, healthy dieting and positive thinking contribute to well-being
  • Gain basic knowledge about continuing to practice yoga in private or at home. You will begin to develop a lifestyle conducive to physical, mental and spiritual health.

Description: 

Sivananda yoga is a traditional, precise and easy-to-learn system that aims to create a healthy body and mind naturally leading to spiritual evolution.

During this time of uncertainty, developing a daily yoga routine will help you to maintain a healthy immune system and manage stress with a calm mind. Yoga isn’t just asana, or physical practice, it is a way of life.

Requirements & Recommendations: 

  • No experience is necessary. This program is open to beginners and advanced practitioners.
  • Mats are provided at no charge. In addition, private mats are welcome, but will not be stored at the studio. You may bring a big towel to cover the mat if you prefer 
  • No phones allowed in the practice room. Phones should be turned off or kept on silent mode and stored in lockers
  • It is recommended to wear loose or stretchy clothing while practicing yoga

* Tuition: 1.200,000 VNĐ. Includes 6 sessions of this course in 2 weeks and 12 open classes of an added gift in 1 month for continuous practice after finishing the course
